    1.     Until the First Day of Christmas the Son was at home with His Father.     (John 1:1-5)

     

    1. The Son was with His Father when the world began.

     

    1. The Son who is God, the Word, brought into existence all that is.

     

    1. The Son illuminated His creation.

     

    1.     On the First Day of Christmas the Son left His home and His Father to be with us so we can be at home with Him.  (John 1:14-18)

    1. Jesus Christ's sacrifice has overflowed the world with the gift of God.

     

    1. The gift of God places on those who receive it the Crown of life.

    1. Though one sin (transgression) has condemned all to death, one sacrifice has made available to all Life.

     

    1. Where the one sin has been increasing God's grace is over- flowing.

     

    1. The gift of God's overflowing grace has defeated and

                   dethroned death.

    1.     God sent His Son to earth to bring His peace to those on earth. (Romans 5:1-5)

     

     

    1. Peace with God is found only through His Son.

     

    1. Through Christ Jesus we have entered the gracious presence  of God and rejoice in the hope of His Glory.

     

    1. God's love pouring into our hearts assures us we won't be disappointed in the hope of His Glory.

     

     

    1.    God showed His love for us when in our helpless condition He  sent His Son to die in our place. (Romans 5:6-11)

                 hostile condition He gives His Son to die in our place.
